From the get go, we would like to stress a few important points that any Candidate should know before proceeding any further with an application through HR MARSEC:

  1. At no point will HR MARSEC charge you any fees or commissions for the processing of your application or your process of placement with Royal Caribbean LTD.submitting
  2. It is your financial responsibility to produce the following: CV editing, Police clearance, Visa (Schengen, C1D, or any other),  STCW courses, Seaman book, Flights & traveling, Insurance, Communication
  3. Should an LOE (Letter of Employment – only issued by the Cruise Line) be issued and any of the above mentioned in point .2 were not met, HR MARSEC will not be held liable nor will it take any responsibility or financial commitment.
  4. HR MARSEC does not have any form of Employer / Employee relationship with any of the Candidates. HR MARSEC is merely an official Agent who provides pre scanning for potential candidates  who wish to apply for a job with any of the companies mentioned in point .1 above and other)
  5. Only CV’s which qualify to the minimum requirements of the Cruise Lines will be considered
  6. It is always the final decision of the Cruise Line if to hire a Candidate or not, HR MARSEC cannot and will not be held responsible for any decision made by the Cruise Line.
